Dear friends, this is just a short post wishing you a happy Thanksgiving!
Here is my prayer for you (and me):
Dear Lord,
Please guide my fingers and give me the words you'd have me write.
Please bless every person reading this blog. For those struggling with health issues,
I pray they find relief. If healing be Your will, I ask it in Jesus' name. If we are meant to
accept our physical limitations, please give us the strength and patience to do so. No
matter what, we trust You.
Please help those who are dealing with stress or financial issues. Please be with those
who are lonely and alone on this holiday--I wish they'd live closer so I could feed them!
Please be with each person and help them know that they are loved--by You, which is
most important and by me, as flawed as I am.
I can't wait to share the joy of your Heaven with them--even if we never meet down here.
Thank you, Lord, for every blessing--the food we eat, the family around our tables, the friends
we love, and, most of all, for Your presence in our lives.
Amen.
God bless, Christina
